“Ready to go back!”

✓You will miss luxury in Austin if you don’t stay in the W Hotel. We did not want to leave … make sure you go to one of the three bars in this hotel. The bartenders make the best drinks in town and keep the conversation, lively and interesting. The rooms are designed for relaxation, privacy, and luxurious comfort. The location is in the center of good shopping, live music and the nearby walk along Lady Bird Lake. The staff is so accommodating that we booked another visit.

“Valet”

✓Eddie was the best valet ever! He is the only one that offered to assist with our luggage the entire trip. Eddie was friendly, and got are car really fast. Other valets were not friendly and did not care. Eddie was the most attentive and kind. Thanks Eddie.

“BEST BAR EXPERIENCE”

✓I had the pleasure of being served by Bethany at the W Austin, and honestly, she was amazing. From the moment I sat down, she greeted me with a big smile and such good energy that I felt instantly comfortable. She’s that rare mix of professional and laid-back, she clearly knows her stuff behind the bar, but she also takes the time to ask what you’re in the mood for and somehow nails it every time. The drinks were spot on, but it was the way she made the whole experience feel personal that stood out. Bethany just has a way of connecting with people. She remembers little details, keeps the conversation flowing naturally, and makes you feel like more than just another guest. You can tell she loves what she does, and it really shows. If you find yourself at the W Austin, do yourself a favor and sit at Bethany’s bar. She’ll turn your night from good to unforgettable. Cheers to her!
