Pros & Cons

What works
  • The location is a dream for city explorers, with multiple tube stations nearby, making it a breeze to navigate London’s vast attractions.
  • Spacious apartments provide a welcome relief from cramped hotel rooms, allowing guests to spread out and feel at home during their stay.
  • The friendly staff genuinely care about your comfort, going the extra mile to ensure that even non-English speakers feel at ease and understood.
  • The thoughtful touches, like a jar of complimentary goodies, add a personal flair that makes the space feel more welcoming and less like a standard hotel.
  • The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks, which is especially convenient for longer stays or families with children.
What doesn't
  • Noise from the street can be disruptive, especially for light sleepers, so be prepared to deal with the sounds of city life filtering into your apartment.
  • Some cleanliness issues were noticed, which can be off-putting if you expect top-notch hygiene standards in your accommodation.
  • The lack of natural light in some rooms can create a gloomy atmosphere, making it hard to shake off that dull, closed-in feeling during your stay.
  • A few maintenance issues, like a loose toilet seat, detract from the overall experience and suggest that the property could benefit from more attentive upkeep.

Absolutely worth staying here as a tourist

The property was very clean and well maintained. The lobby smelled amazing and felt warm and cozy the moment you walked in. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures on the website, which honestly already deserves five stars because that rarely happens. In the room, they even provided a small jar filled with little goodies like complimentary tea and milk, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was excellent. It was close to several tube stations and supermarkets, which made getting around and grabbing essentials very easy. The staff were incredibly accommodating. My mom does not speak English, and they were patient, kind, and genuinely made an effort to communicate and help her. They really tried to meet our needs instead of brushing us off. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.
Nothing I didn’t like!

Guests consistently praise COVE Cannon Street for its fantastic location, cleanliness, and high-quality furnishings. Many reviews highlight the accommodating staff and thoughtful amenities, such as complimentary refreshments. The main complaint revolves around the comfort of the sofa bed, which some guests found lacking compared to the main bed.

Who Should Stay Here?

COVE Cannon Street suits city explorers and families seeking space and comfort. The location, close to multiple tube stations, allows easy access to London's attractions. Spacious apartments provide room to breathe, making it a great option for those who value a home-like atmosphere. The attentive staff enhance the experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and understood, regardless of their language. Travelers who prioritize tranquility or impeccable cleanliness should consider other options. The street noise can be disruptive, particularly for light sleepers. Some cleanliness issues and maintenance quirks may also deter those who expect a high standard of hygiene and upkeep. If you're looking for a serene retreat, this hotel may not meet your needs.
