“Excellent hotel in a great location”

✓Location was excellent being between Trafalgar and Leicester Squares. I as expecting some noise due to this central location but it is also exceptionally quiet. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was great too. Really can't fault anything. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

“Excellent two day stay to see a pre-booked theatre show within easy access to this hotel.”

✓We had a top floor corner room which was large and very comfortable, also for a hotel in the city center was very quiet. The location of the hotel is excellent within walking distance of most of the London attractions being situated on the edge of both Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square. Full English breakfast was very good with a lot of choice.

✗The only thing I would say, not only this hotel in my experience though, is lighting in the bathroom is poor for us shavers, please have shaving mirrors fitted.

“Lovely staff , and central to all attractions”

✓Perfect location, close to all the tourists sightseeing places . All the staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely return here again on my next visit to London.

✗The place is looking a little tired and worn , very clean but needs a touch of paint here and there.

✓Fabulous location for theatre trip etc. The staff were without exception courteous, helpful and friendly. Our room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We chose to eat at the bar before venturing out for the evening. The food was adequate for our needs. Breakfast was a delight with a huge variety of options (buffet) that should suit even the most picky eaters. Special mention must be made of the lovely Kim - a delightful lady who knows exactly what excellent customer service is! We thoroughly enjoyed our 24hr London theatre dash, and we will be back - thankyou
