“GREAT place to stay and so close to the Opry!!”

✓We chose this Hampton Inn due to it being so close to the Grand Ole Opry. GREAT Hampton to stay in. No issues whatsoever with this Hampton. The people at the front desk were very nice and courteous. Check-in and check-out was a breeze!!! Would stay here again, for sure!!

“Unhampton Inn”

✓The building is undergoing renovations so it might be best to wait until after renovation to visit. The pool was closed even though it did not appear to be affected by the remodeling. The A/C unit in my room was new but even though it was set at 70 degrees the actual temperature kept rising to 74 then 76 which was uncomfortable. If I tried turning it down the read-out said to contact the front desk, but the person at the front desk had no idea what that meant. I was given another room which was at least able to keep the temp at 72. Seems like there is something wrong with the A/C controllers in each room. I selected the hotel because it shows an airport shuttle and on the Hotels.com website it indicates a shuttle is available but this is not the case, they have not offered a shuttle in years I was told and it was expensive to get a ride to the hotel.
