✓We really like the location and in the past it has been a good place to stay.

✗This visit we arrived and in the main room the hdmi cord was missing from the TV and we had to call to have it fixed. It took about an hour for someone to show but that wasn't a big deal. The refrigerator didn't cool and was leaking all over the living room floor and the tub had a continuous drip. Once we checked out to leave we were charged an additional 2 times for the room (we paid before arrival through booking.com) and had to make several calls to correct this issue.

“Not likely to book here again”

✓One of the front desk staff members was so friendly and nice. The other one… not so much.

✗Very outdated, tips and jokes in curtains, Shower curtains. Thin walls, were constantly woken up by people above us walking, not close to anything (walking distance), breakfast was ehh, drinks were very watered down. The “snack pantry” was a joke. Almost empty with a couple candy options and hot Cheetos. When we asked to purchase laundry detergent to wash our clothes; they were out of that too. My husband and I were in the lobby waiting for the shuttle to take us to the airport. My husband was watching a basketball game. At the change of shift the 2 o’clock worker came in, changed the tv channel while we were watching and said; “the Texans are on”. Without asking or warning. We were so ready to leave.
