✓We loved everything about the hotel and reception staff - especially the free breakfast and dinners... a real convenient bonus. Reception staff was wonderful and assisted with every question we had. Great experience!

✗We needed to ask cleaning staff every time for fresh sheets and towels. There did not seem to be a system of cleaning and freshening the rooms, and most of the cleaning staff did not speak English and did not seem to understand our requests. However, when the rooms were freshened, they were done nicely.
