Very nice hotel

We had a wonderful stay here. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were softer than what we are used to- but that’s why we get two queens instead of a king. Air smelled clean in all parts of the hotel we went in. Ladies at desk were helpful with questions. My only complaint is the parking spaces were very small. We have a nice mid to small SUV and had to be choosy on who was parked beside us. Poor trucks and Suburbans were about forced to hang over - when then led to less spaces being available. My recommendation is have someone repaint the lines. The hotel next door had larger spots- which we did have to use once during our stay. Nice location to Opry activites and short drive into downtown.

8Excellent
I will return to this hotel for my next visit. Two issues that are somewhat minor but could be improved. Number one, the parking spaces are too small . I drive a Toyota Camry and we could barely stay between the lines and front to rear was not adequate. A pick up truck parked next to us was backed up completely to the curb and the front of his truck was in the drive. Second, please find a higher quality coffee to serve and provide in rooms. One other item related to food is the price for breakfast my wife found on pre-trip information indicated if you wanted breakfast it would cost $21.00 per person. When I was in the restaurant area I noticed a sign that indicated the breakfast buffet was $14.99. While $14.99 is better than $21.99 we opted to go to Cracker Barrel which is a five minute walk or two minute drive and we had a very good and large breakfast with drinks for $26.00. If your prices don't come in line with the local restaurants I am sure you will be throwing away a lot of food each day from your buffet.

6Good
Room was nor ready upon checkin until 5pm, front desk staff is not approachable, no breakfast, ants in room, parking lot extremely tight, was woken up by housekeeping at 9 am asking when we are leaving. Beds are tiny and mattress is thin.
Guests frequently praise the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Opryland for its spacious and clean rooms, as well as its convenient location near Opry activities. However, a common complaint centers on the limited and small parking spaces, which many find inadequate for larger vehicles. Additionally, guests express dissatisfaction with the breakfast pricing and quality, as well as occasional issues with room readiness and staff approachability.

Who Should Stay Here?

Families and groups visiting Nashville will find value here. The spacious rooms allow for comfortable gatherings after a busy day exploring the city. Proximity to the Opry is a major perk, making it easy to enjoy a show without the hassle of transportation. Friendly front desk staff can enhance your experience, providing a welcoming touch when you arrive. Solo travelers or couples seeking a polished experience might want to consider other options. Reports of cleanliness issues and pest problems can overshadow the positives, making it hard to relax. Additionally, if you’re looking for a smooth breakfast experience, the delays and inconsistent food quality may not meet your expectations.
