✓The wifi did not work and was very spotty. The A/C was also not the best and just kept the place a bit less hot rather than cold. The pull out bed was also very uncomfortable. As well, the reception gave a room code to another guest and a random man walked into our room while we were indecent. They said they could not change our room code until the next day.

“Staff were lovely and we had plenty of privacy. We opted not to have our room clean for the 5 nights but put rubbish out”

✓Where the property was located. Especially being by the transport, trains, buses also the beautiful courtyard. The eateries and ambience of the area.

✗No kettle, kitchen sink didn’t hold the water, no tea towels. Did get the room I thought I booked. The room was tired needed a bit of tlc.

✓Close to Roma termini and easy to find, restaurants and shops nearby. Excellent assistance after 16:00 because I arrived late.

✗No elevator, I have to carry my luggage to the second floor. No microwave in the studio
