“Lovely Hotel and Staff but WiFi was not good at all”

✓Staff were very helpful and the rooms were surprisingly lovely

✗The WiFi cut out every 5 mins meaning the tv channels did too it took roughly 2-3mins per time to get it back that was highly frustrating. This meant nothing to watch of an evening on any channel at all.

“Great location and facilities. Breakfast disappointing.”

✓THis is a large hotel 10 minute walk away from the main cental station. The hotel is a short walk and ferry ride away from the central train station. This meant that the hotel prices were a lot lower than south of the station. The hotel is verly large, clean and has its own bar/restaurant. It is also near food markets and parking isn't a problem.

✗For such a large hotel, the selection of warm food at breakfast was very poor. Apart from scrambled eggs and beans with carrots (!), all the food was cold. For a very large hotel catering to guests from all over the world, this is unsatisfactory. Also there is no variety. The breakfast menu never seems to change.
