“Great location- amazing staff”

✓Its a pure hidden Gem. Location wise 10/10. Staff just amazing , reception staff was just incredible. Yevghenia and all the staff were wonderful to welcome and hotel even upgraded my room. Newly refurbished rooms and super clean.

✓Staff were amazing as always. recognised us from previous stays and made us feel special. Gave us complimentary breakfast for the 2 nights we stayed as well. Will definitely be back.

✗Wish more hot breakfast choices. fry up, eggs benedict etc. but that is a personal preference rather than anything being wrong with the current breakfast.

“Perfect Stay”

“Amazing neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants to choose from and vibrant local nightlife.”

✓Staff were always very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and quiet (at night, that is. There was construction in the hotel during the day). The surrounding neighborhood of Fitzrovia was incredible. It’s just outside of the busy touristy areas and felt more “local”. Excellent restaurants EVERYWHERE. Plenty of nightlife, with people dining outside at the many restaurants or visiting the pubs. The hotel is close to a couple of subway stations and not far from the tourist attractions of London.

✗There was construction in the hotel, so there was a bit of noise during the day. It was only an issue on the first day when we were exhausted from our overnight flight and wanted to rest, but it wasn’t an issue the rest of the week. The hot water tap in the showers in both of our rooms only had about a millimeter of distance between “ice cold” and “scalding”. Neither of these would keep us from staying there again, though.
