4Poor

Not worth the money

Location is good tbh
Upon check-in, we encountered very unprofessional staff. Considering that we had a 15-hour flight and arrived late at night hoping to check in smoothly, the staff member made inappropriate and unprofessional jokes towards us. The room was dirty there were stains on the floor, and the bedding was not in the proper condition expected from a hotel. The room key cards constantly stopped working, which caused repeated inconvenience. Additionally, basic amenities such as slippers and toothpaste were not provided.
Guests consistently praise SoHo 54 for its prime location, highlighting easy access to local attractions and a vibrant neighborhood. However, complaints frequently center on outdated and poorly organized bathrooms, inconsistent staff professionalism, and cleanliness issues in the rooms.

Spacious rooms offer a welcome respite after a day in the city, making this hotel a good fit for those who value comfort in a bustling environment. However, guests seeking pristine conditions or up-to-date amenities may want to consider other options. The inconsistency in cleanliness and room quality can detract from the experience.
