✗There was no air conditioning in the room, even though it was supposed to be included in the room’s amenities. As a result, it was hot in the morning and cold at night. The hotel’s response was that it was “broken” and they offered me a fan – unacceptable. On the second day, after the room was cleaned, there were no towels at all, probably forgotten. Among the listed amenities were also “toiletries”, which apparently referred to a single bottle of shampoo/shower gel and an outdated hairdryer… The breakfast was minimal and the staff borderline rude. No value for money at all – way too expensive for a hotel like this, which doesn’t even resemble a four-star one.
